ABOUT US
General Trading Concept is the trading arm for the group’s manufacturing facility. GTC primarily trades in plant-based focused foods produced by our three factories in the UAE; AL AMEERA FOODSTUFF IND., MAWARID FOODSTUFF, AND NUITREEFOOD. We are proud of our diverse manufacturing capabilities and our flexible approach to solving our customers’ procurement needs. We’re committed to delivering quality and healthy products that takes into consideration market needs and our customer’s unique requirements.

Instead of shopping around and buying quantities of products from different factories across multiple countries, customers can instead buy their desired quantities, produced in factories from one supplier. Advantages include fresher products, newer production dates, less storage space, more efficient logistics and working capital.
We offer flexibility, enabling customers to choose multiple packaging and product categories with fast delivery. Due to support from many UAE production facilities, we can adapt to customers’ specific requirements quickly and we offer great value to our customers by having excellent control of the supply chain.

Established in 2008, the company is one of the UAE’s largest food companies that trades in products produced in its facilities. Our quality plant-based products are renowned for their sustainability and added value. We are focused on building brands, adapting to market trends, customised requirements and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Our aim is to cater to the growing need of high-quality plant-based products, while maintaining a competitive edge. GTC has grown to service networks of large retailers, wholesalers, airlines, manufacturers and renowned customers in the HORECA sector. Located very close to the city of Dubai, an internationally recognised import-export hub, gives our customers the advantage to export to many neighbouring countries including the GCC, Africa or South Asia.
